Deliveries
As the order for each person will be different, delivery is priced individually for each order to ensure that the best price is given to our customers. If you have an idea of the order you want to make and want a shipping estimate, please give us a call so we can provide you this for the order you are planning.
Samples: Full tile or quarter tile samples can be purchased. All our samples will be sent by Royal Mail, quarter tile samples will be a small package, full tile samples will require a larger package.
Returns
We hope you are fully satisfied with your products, however in the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied, please see below guidelines:

Should there be any damage to your products upon delivery, please made the driver aware on delivery and we will ensure that this is replaced free of charge.

Should you no longer want the goods, please advise us within 14 days of receiving the goods that this is the case. Returns must be made at your own expense.
Cancellations
There is a 14-day cancellation window which runs from the time you made the order. Please ensure your written cancellation is sent to us via post or email with your reason for cancellation.
If you wish to cancel goods that have already left our premises, you will be liable for the cost to return the goods.
Please note that cancellations cannot be made on goods that have been made specifically for you, or the goods have been fitted, damaged by you or tampered with.
